Q. how much does it cost to hire you?

A. The fees vary depending on your location, please contact us for a bespoke quote.


Q. where are you based?

A. We are based in Peterborough but cover 100 miles radius to provides service.


Q. What methods do you use for interpret?

A. We offer face to face, telephone and video link remote interpreting


Q. Which fields or industries you interpret?

A. We offer service in every areas  of your  need including medical, social, local government, housing, business, immigration, legal service , conferences and all others.


Q. Do you provides translation services?

A. Yes we do ,0.10 per word.


Q. Is there a booking fee?

A. Half of the agreed payment will need to be paid at the time of booking and rest will need to be paid upon completion of appointment.


Q. Do you work on agreement?

A. Yes, for the regular service users like local government, NHS, Social service we provide service under agreement and agreement will need to be signed by both parties before any consignments.


Q. What happens if I need to cancel the appointment?

A. you can cancel before 48 hours of appointment time and whatever you have paid will be refunded, cancellation less then 48 hours the deposit is not refundable.


Q. Do you offer any other language services?

A. Not at the moment, however we are looking to extend.


Q. What is your dialect?

A. Correct Bengali and especially Sylheti


Q. How we can Pay you?

A. Bank transfer only, card payment arriving soon.
